Morcha Saag - put mustard oil
- put dry chilli pieces (4-5 no)
- put morcha saag
- mix
- put whole chilli pieces (4-5 no)
- cover & keep for 4-5 mins
- saute for few seconds
- put salt ( 1sp)
- pour little water
- mix
- cover & keep for 5 mins
Shorshor Saag - put very little mustard oil (1 sp)
- put whole chilli pieces
- put kaalo jeera (cumin)
- sauté for 2-3 mins
- put shorsho shaag (spinach)
- sauté till water starts coming out of the shaag
- put rice powder
- cover & stand for 10 mins
