Morcha Saag

  • put mustard oil
  • put dry chilli pieces (4-5 no)
  • put morcha saag
  • mix
  • put whole chilli pieces (4-5 no)
  • cover & keep for 4-5 mins
  • saute for few seconds
  • put salt ( 1sp)
  • pour little water
  • mix
  • cover & keep for 5 mins

Shorshor Saag

  • put very little mustard oil (1 sp)
  • put whole chilli pieces
  • put kaalo jeera (cumin)
  • sauté for 2-3 mins
  • put shorsho shaag (spinach)
  • sauté till water starts coming out of the shaag
  • put rice powder
  • cover & stand for 10 mins
