Deem diye Phoolgobi (cauliflower)

  • put mustard oil
  • put tej pata (bay leaves)
  • put onion paste
  • put aada (ginger) paste
  • put chilli powder
  • mix
  • put jeera-dhaniya-mouri (fennel) bata (grinded mixture)
  • put water
  • pour tomato puree (4-5 sp)
  • saute till oil separates (15 mins approx)
  • put water
  • put salt
  • punch holes in d cauliflower with a knife & put
  • mix properly
  • pour water
  • reduce gas & keep for 20 mins
  • boil egg separately, slice it & put
  • pour water
  • put sugar (3 sp)
  • put holud (2 sp)
  • put garam masala (dal cheeni (cinnamon)-elaichi (cardamom)-lavang (clove)) mixture (1/2 sp)
  • saute for 5 mins
