Deem diye Phoolgobi (cauliflower)
- put mustard oil
- put tej pata (bay leaves)
- put onion paste
- put aada (ginger) paste
- put chilli powder
- mix
- put jeera-dhaniya-mouri (fennel) bata (grinded mixture)
- put water
- pour tomato puree (4-5 sp)
- saute till oil separates (15 mins approx)
- put water
- put salt
- punch holes in d cauliflower with a knife & put
- mix properly
- pour water
- reduce gas & keep for 20 mins
- boil egg separately, slice it & put
- pour water
- put sugar (3 sp)
- put holud (2 sp)
- put garam masala (dal cheeni (cinnamon)-elaichi (cardamom)-lavang (clove)) mixture (1/2 sp)
- saute for 5 mins
