Liver Fry - put mustard oil
- put potato pieces
- put mutton's liver, cut into pieces
- put salt
- saute for few seconds
- cover & keep for 20 mins
- put red chilli powder
- cover & keep for 5 mins
- put onion pieces
- mix
- keep for 5 mins
Mutton Gravy - put mustard oil
- put sugar
- put bay leaves
- saute till sugar dissolves
- put mutton pieces
- put onion paste (1/2 plate)
- put ginger paste (4 sp)
- put garlic paste (4 sp)
- put red chilli powder (3 sp)
- cover & keep till mutton is cooked (45-60 mins)
- put boiled potato pieces
- pour little water if dry
- put salt
- saute for 15 mins
